At BankingHub with these 5 simple steps in mind and we designed help those busy dog owners out there. Refund Policy describes the management of payments, cancellations, and refunds. You consent to the conditions set forth below by using our services.

BankingHub.live matches dog owners to independent dog walkers who does the work directly. Although we try hard to maintain standards of quality and professionalism, all services are performed by independent contractors and payment terms are negotiated at the time of booking.

All payments for dog walking services must be made according to the booking arrangement at the time of booking. This is underway, either in advance or at completion and is dependent on the service. BankingHub. live can assist you in making reservations, but we do not provide refunds after a service has been booked or performed.

Refunds will only be considered in certain situations:

Confirmed no-show of agent: service not delivered

Cancellation comes as service provider without another provision

Cases that were verified whereby the service was not delivered as committed

In these cases, users are required to file the complaint within 24 hours of the scheduled service. BankingHub reserves the right to individually review each case and will determine any resolution in its sole discretion. live.

Dog owner cancelling at the last minute

Providing inaccurate pet information inducing the refusal to assess

Discontentment without valid proof

Services that are completed and where no complaint was made in the timeframe set

Cancellations or requests for rescheduling are to be announced in advance. Full or partial refunds of your fee may be given depending on how late you cancel and the reason for it. If the policy is called off, misused several times.

BankingHub.live does not take responsibility for any loss of profit, incidental or indirect damages or dissatisfaction resulting from services offered by individual dog walkers. The first step to resolve any problem between the dog owner and the walker should be to do it together.
